Leaders Set the Thermostat
Leaders are the thermostat for a company when it comes to integrity. What we need are leaders who, by words and actions, have that thermostat dial in a different place. Integrity is a lot about rationalization. Can you rationalize what you're about to do and still feel good about yourself? It's so easy to ationalized bad behavior when you can look at a leader and say, what they're doing, they're acting that way, so it must be ok.
