A lot of the policies that make sense during a crisis don't make sense once a pandemic has become endemic, right? And em, i think that this is just kind of natural human instinct. There's been a little bit of hesitancy to acknowledge like, ye, at some point, like trying to get covet cases to zero actually made sense. U, i do think also, just in general, um, there hasn't been enough of a focus on costs versus benefits," he says.
