I feel like it doesn't really matter what level of experience you're at, there's always new things you can learn. I think the advantage too of a lot of people who may have been around for a long time is this is a chance to kind of seewhat everyone else is doing these days. When I start out there weren't the tools around to be able to do things that easily and organically. But here are people who, the technical bar has kind of been removed.
