The History of Charles the First

Sicilian Vespers is when he's planning this big invasion and then there's a rebellion in Sicily during Vespers where a whole bunch of his people get killed. It ends up being very central event although not as well known perhaps as it should be. Yes they waited the rebels waited for everyone to go to Vespers and then they struck and killed all the French people and so on. Yeah it shows you what good it did the French to go toVespers. But it's a very interesting point in history and it's tied up with all sorts of things that are going on at that time.
