Sleep Can Enhance Sex and Orgasm

Women who don't get enough sleep are 30% more likely to have abnormal menstrual cycles. Lack of sleep is also associated with reductions in estrogen, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone. Just one hour of extra sleep for a woman is associated with a 14% increase likelihood of her wanting to be sexually intimate with her partner. Women who are sleeping longer will report significantly more sensuous sexual arousal.
