How Long Are Your Workouts?

Tim scott says he likes to train four or five days a week. He does 20 minutes of mobility before training, then 15 more on the cool down do in breathing and stretching. Tim's workouts can be done in 40-50 minutes but if you enjoy them they don't need to be that long.
