I drink virtually nothing but I produce industrial quantities of cider yes homemade wines beer and also I distill as well. I make spirit from all sorts of different plants but particularly we have a good resource of what are known as cherry plums over here they're a wild wild type of plum. So when you really need the strong alcohol it's quite hard to get hold of so Distillumone is brilliant and then I use that distilled alcohol to make all sorts of things like liqueur, vernal grass spirit or even cyanide-flirting liqueurs.
