Google wouldn't be able to tell whether it's a page served by edge or not because it's still requesting the page as expected. It's a very different way of making these kind of changes. And to be honest, it's the way that we should have done that when we all started talking about tag manager. That is a terrible, terrible way to make changes on a page.
