Many managerial policies that are designed were people focus on the exception, or they fot on the exception that worked. I think i'd say, you know, if you go around and ask people in organizations, what percentage of people here care about what they're doing, are conscientious, can be trusted? And if we infuse what we do with a sense of purpose, not even saving the worldpurpose, but just like making a contribution of some kind somewhere purpose en, we're going to be a lot better.
