The Death Penalty for Mass Shootings

The shooter should be prosecuted to the fullest. For people oudon't for mass shooting, i believe in the death penalty. I was happy when timothy mac vay was executed. And i think we could do it with ti sky. The wakashaw killer deliberately took a car and he swore to kill little children and old people because of their skin color. He said on his social meta that he hated people because they were white. And he should be executed if he n guilty, same as thi shooter. These shooters have no all black, white, what killers. Whatever they are, they have no sense of deterrence.
