I think most research is best when it's tightly coupled to decision making. I'd be pretty bullish on research that would actually lead to better PPE being produced, for instance. And like maybe bearish on things that don't quite concretely connect to goals like this. Probably a total utilitarian who's willing to buy all the bullets. But also, I mean, they're just like really transformative and dangerous things that we're going to face in the next few decades.
