What I've Learned From This Episode About SIS Admins
SIS admins play a key role, not just an institutional knowledge and internal knowledge within an organization. You have to be able to communicate and disseminate information that a person may or may not have the skill set to understand. And you also have to meet them where they are, what they are making a request or if they need something.
