Planning Without Zoning
Zoning has wasted a lot of planning capacity that could have been better used doing things that actually, u now resemble planning. Planner to day is wasting most of her time trying to keep four plexes out of coldo sacks and micro managing the sight plan of strip malls with thousand parking spaces. i think a post zoning city is definitely not going to involve a planning. On the contrary, i think its going o involve a lot more planning, and a lot more thoughtful planning.
