In the course of doing that research, i realized that the d c ten aircraft was one of the very few aircraft that fell out of the sky of its own rd. Most of the time, it didn't generally crash because the pilot air had crashed because it was a flawed aircraft. And in this case, multiple causes brought that plane down. The primary cause was that american airlines had made a mistake in putting the engine on the left wing and cracked a pile on. When they accelerated for take off, the engine actually departed from the front,. went back behind the front, tore the hydraulic lines, which would have none of them together but all of them combined to bring the plane down
