Darn Duck Bad Temperament

The most recent Bond movie has two villains, both of whom have facial disfigurements. Javier Bardem has one in a previous film. And it's like a bad in Roger Rabbit. There is a lot of it when you start looking at it. I think scars are kind of cool, but being covered in acne would be insulting.
