The First Constitutional Process in Chile

Leaders of Chile's political parties and the protest movement came together in what was called an agreement for peace and a new constitution. In 2019, Chileans voted in a referendum in favor of kickstarting the constitutional process. The whole thing starts becoming rapidly very complicated, right? So this agreement for peace that signed at the end of 2019 sketches out a constitutional process. We're going to call that the first constitutional process.
