The History of the Individual Right Model

In 1982, Senator Orrin Hatch commissioned a study on the right to keep in bear arms. It concluded that the second amendment contained an individual right to own firearms. In fact, at this time he was the former chief justice retired chief justice Warren Burger. He described this new doctrine as a fraud on the American public.
