Western ukraine will have a super strong, well equipped army at the end of the war. Western eucranians aren't very eager to go to the front lines. A full scale polish or rumanian obose intervention is one of the scenerias that can easily lead to tactical nuclear weapons being deployed. The moment polish troops enter western ukraine, they are not protected by nato artacof fife any more. In galicia, it's possible that the ukranians would just take live off.
