Do You Know What's Working for You?

It's unfortunate to see people going down that route as well. I think part of the argument could even be if you haven't even trained five years as a natural, you don't really know what your genetic like proclivity is particularly low. So then it's hard to kind of piece out what's actually working for that individual. If you're not willing to incur the cost of being patient and incurring five, seven, whatever years of natural lifting and natural learning, then you're not in a position to authentically decide that you're ready to use PD.
