I think sometimes when it comes to discipline, you have to think again about the things that bring you that enjoyment and that thought that remember. There's a difference between being like, i'm so burnt out. This week has been hell. I just, i literally cannot wriht now, verses like being a little tired in your bed in the morning but also knowing you're going to feel a lot better if you get up and move your body for 30 minute. That being able to distinguish that is key, absolutely key. It feels, it feels easier said than done at times.
