A new survey from productivity firm lattice found that 54 % of respondents are looking to change jobs. For context, four million people quit their jobs in april alone. A lot of he things that we sort of think of as mainstays of jobs to day, for better for worse, they didn't come about by magic. They came about because labor activists fought for them.
