When you come in my gym, what you'll notice is that the dumbbells have got weird numbers painted on them. Then 48, 64, it's not even five pound jumps. You know why that is? Because those dumbbells are made out of plates which have been cast and castings are not accurate. So I have taken great care to assemble the dumbbell pairs out of plates that weigh approximately the same so that when I paint 68 pounds on the dumbbelles, that's what they actually weigh.
