Is There a Level Zero?

Alexandra: I'm wondering if there's a level zero for people who are just starting out because they don't even have an existing customer. The first thing i want to see is evidence that you understand customer jobs, pains and gains. Alexandra: You should never really start with building a prototype or something that is supertangible. We haven't even talked about prodoceta. But again, the focus here is what happens when you deeply do the research on the customer.
