The Cost of Unusual Life

The more unusual your life is the fewer people are going to be able to relate to you. You may even find that people are hostile toward you because you make them feel bad about themselves. If you're living a dream, at least for me, it doesn't occur to you that that's going to become an impediment to friendship with most people who aren't living a dream. It's hard to be disappointed that people that you think will just be happy for you end up resenting you or whatever.
