Sugar and Mitochondrial Health

When we take a lot of sugar, it stimulates our dopamine. In the end, that's going to create more problems with my mitochondria. I'll be more likely to have a small, less effective mitochondria. If I have less insulin resistance, more insulin sensitivity because I have a lower glycemic index diet, I'm eating more protein, more fat.
