Is the Virgin Birth a Parable of God?

i take mor a literal approach to the stories in genesis, you know, i cani want to read them as written. I jonah, i believe, was a historical person that and actually transpired the way it is. The claims about jesus are completely extraordinary, from from his perception onwards, and i don't think we should be so abashed about believing them at all. At the end of the day, as his pulpit, if jesus was not raised from the dead then our preaching is useless and our faith is in vain.
