Dias and the Plan of Tierra Colorado

In episode 9.15, Felix Dias returns briefly to contest the presidential election of 1913. But by then Huerta was putting the country on lockdown and dissolving the National Congress. So Dias went into meek exile and spent the next few years bouncing between Havana, New Orleans and New York. In 1916 he spied his opportunity to get back into the thick of things in early 1916. He sailed south from Galveston headed for Veracruz but his ship sank soon as it left port.
