Recruiting for Focus Groups

The first plan is really just to listen and observe kan o, taking more of a inventory analysis across maybe the organization. But i think what is important is also to go with an open mind, and not try to fit your concept of what you think researches into what they are doing. A good example will be, like if someone is telling you that they run faucus groups very often with users but in your opinion, faucus groups are not a very effective way of collecting evidence from users. That's another signal of how they perceive it and how they are executing it.
