I often find the corridor or the playground there that they're the best places to talk to children. They don't feel like they are impinging on your time as much and I have been known people do see me sitting on the floor in the corridor with a child. It's where they feel comfortable and I think also this idea of our body language as we speak to children can be very powerful. As an adult how do you having difficult conversation is hard? The hardest part is the first thing you say once the conversation starts it's fine but how do you start that conversation if that starts with would you rather, she says.
