Beware of the Leaven of the Pharisees and the Sadducees
When the disciples reached the other side, they had forgotten to bring any bread. Jesus said to them, take heed, and beware of the leaven of the pharisees and the sadducees. Then he strictly charged the disciples to tell no one that he was the christ. The cross and self denial are foretold in chapter 17.
