Christian theology teaches that all humans are unique, special and endowed by the creator with various gifts. What is the source of these gifts? Are they simply the result of being born with superior genetics? Were they dormant in us all along, then awakened by some psychological experience? Or is there another realm competing for influence over humanity and offering these gifts as a lure? May I introduce to you our next case file, the story of Jeremy, a firefighter whose greatest enemy came not in the light of a flame, but in the shadow of darkness.
