The Secret History of Christianity
Author used to be a clergyman in the church of england, and realized that had been a mistake. He says christianity has divolved into a kind of moral system which tells you what do and what not to do but doesn't really tell you why. It's almost like it's lost its sense of itself, let alone other people losing faith in it. And those who are in the church just get increasingly desperate trying to revive it.
