product managers aspire to having more influence in the organization so that we can serve our customers better as well and many of us wanting to achieve senior leadership roles too in the organization. So how do you basically spread your efforts and energy across a period of three months where you could be strategic but also be tactical and be go get into the details and deliver features yeah absolutely otherwise we feel like we're putting out fires all the time or not really knowing what we're doing when it's show feel work some days.
