With utility power, especially in a province where it's really all provinces run, it stifles any any private market interest. And if the people in power are not on board with embracing it, ad and an being receptive to the private market coming in, then nothing happens. Unfortunately, at least in new flans cases there, there were some miners growing there. Some of them sort of a burned some of the bridges they built with the government in terms of grants and stuff, and there was lawsuits. But death aint place.
