The FBI's Irredeemable Status

I want to know what you think the key cause of this is, as I say last time we argued over whether the FBI was irredeemable. To understand that is imperative if it's going to be reconstituted, which it would have to be in some form. And they are simply different disciplines and different ways of looking at the world. Being an intelligence agency, it's very important that we have good intelligence. But a lot of what an intelligence agency does is illegal in the places where it's done.
