Do You Feel Comfortable Being Out?
We're seven times more likely to not go somewhere because of a culture. Places where there's open discrimination are one of the corps drivers. I walk around in forein tread stilettoes on a friday, occasionallya and no one bat's an eye,. which i find actually offensive. At this point. I'd like some one to bat at least half an eye. And it's something that i'm really proud of, but something that i would encourage any company to be stepping up to focus on. It's the only way you're going to pull in as diverse ofa of employee work force as possible.
