The Emotional Psychological Impact of Technology on Mental Health
The incidence of diagnosed mental illness in the United States and beyond is at an all time high. In part, that's because of technological advances, which we haven't really incorporated into a human culture. The struggles of anxiety, the social status, the social pressures are almost always communicated via digital means. And so when we have to recognize that we become very formed by that which we consume and it does shape us.
