Are You Always Trying to Find Time?
i know that i'm constantly working because i have two businesses, and there is no other way forward for me. I can really relate to what lynd said, because we think we have to say yes to everything. There's such an attachment that we have that, you know, we talk a lot about self worth being tied to only action and outcome. We're so valuable in so many different ways, and doing things and getting things done is just one small part of being a great human.
