How to Host a Property in Corporate America
If you are going to co-host for anyone at any point in time we highly highly recommend doing a trial time period. And make sure it's a really multiple things. It's a relationship fit for you and also a financial fit for you. Do an analysis. I know it's really hard but kind of write down how much time you're spending on the property or each property so that you feel like your work is being rewarded. You want to be careful not to lowball yourself because you could be co-hosting and let's say a property makes a thousand dollars a month and you're making 200 bucks over 30 days being on what does that break down to?
