Introduction

12 habits is a year long project where, together, we strive to make or break habits each month. Now we are three habits down, and it's time for our fourth. So far we've covered meditation, reducing phone use and a daily happiness habit. And our fourth is something of a challenge habit. For this month, for the month of april 20 20, you can get involved by doing this as little or as much as you want. All you have to do is take action towards something that you've either been putting off or that frightens you a little bit. That's it. You just have to make some action.
