The only requirement to run for or be elected president is that you be 35 years old and a natural born citizen. Some states bar convicted felons from voting, but they do not bar him from being a candidate for president. So yes, he could run, he could be elected and he could serve from a prison cell. This is called election interference and yet another attempt to rig and steal a presidential election.
