Cansema With Pressure Transfer

A while ago I did a video where I compared one of my fancy spike fermenters, a $900 for manta, to a $20 plastic PET fermenter and we brewed the same beer. The expensive fermenter was temperature control with glycol; the cheap fermenter was just left out on the side. So that has been a really handy way to can. I really like this idea of combining a fairly inexpensive Cansema with pressure transfer using this Tap Cooler. It turns out that the people that make this fermenter, it's called a Fermonster, actually say they had tested it up to 10 psi of pressure.
