Can a Language Be Expanded So That Everything Is Sayable?

A language could that language be expanded so that the what was unsayable becomes sayable if it's possible to do that then everything's going to be sayable in principle okay and that's a difficult question to answer I try to show away in which it could be possible that every possible language could be expanded and so on forever. A lot of people who talk about the unsayable they don't think about that being interesting philosophically these sort of epistemic limits, he says.
