For higher education to function, well, it needs these tight, strict norms. Tight strict norms will ex post always look, in some ways, silly,. as they can in the military. But if you're the military, you need cohesion. And thats what they say above all, unit cohesion. That's art. We must have it. So be want abasicly, very racial and other kinds of diversity in a sea of uniformity. Nough, that's not what it's about. We want clashing ideas. We don't want uniformity and home educationg we want the benefits of diversity. The irony is we have so focused on racial Diversity than grafit diversity
