The Physiological Signs of Oversharing in a Secure Relationship
Sarah: I use how I'm feeling to inform me of whether or not I am. This is too much or, you know, yeah, it's okay. Look at the physiological symptoms and the physiological signs. What are your feelings afterwards in a secure relationship? You should feel close to the person after sharing those kind of things. Not worried that, oh no, this is going to make them run away. Or now I have to do something to hold on to them.
