Do You Really Need to Do Research?
Research is the only role that we do this to. We don't ask engineers to also design an not often. But for some reason we decide that everybody should be able to do research. And its a function of pet count. If there's not enough researchers, and the olde way to get answers is by doing use a research. It occurs to me too, that talking to users is not the same as user research. They're not opposites. So i guess short, it depends on the contact and the head count. But i really believe researchers should do research, because that is our super power. That's what we should be doing.
