The beauty of the reverse mortgage is you don't typically don't have to repay the loan or even interest while you're alive still in the house. But so for our taxes and assurance, those need to be current, right? Even things like general maintenance, like another sort of upkeep. So I think that's important and that may be not to say the misconception of something people may not pick up on or may not fully appreciate.
