Is He Harmed Me?

I think part of what I had to do was focus on the ways in which that person harmed me, right? Yeah. And so it doesn't matter whether or not he did a bad thing or a worse thing. Like it's bad enough that he treated me poorly and that's the thing to focus on. We can say this is not my mess to clean up. This isn't your partner. This is not your moral obligation to clean this up,. Your obligation is to yourself and to your healing.
