Swedish nightclubs need permits to allow dancing. Currently, owners can lose their liquor and business licenses if patrons dance without a permit. The Justice Minister said recently in a statement that change is expected to take place on July 1st. But shouldn't you get charged like if you're J walking, you should get charged for dancing?
