The drain where ebby was found is a storm drain. It's used to drain water when it rains, so the park doesn't flood. The floor of the drain is covered in leaves. Once you are down here, you can see the opening to another pipe. But you can't see this from the top. There is no way that ebby could have accidentally fallen into this pipe at the top.
